Scotchply 1002 glass/epoxy
Kaw, Table 2.1 · V_f = 0.45
Scotchply 1002 glass/epoxy is a unidirectional glass-fibre lamina to Kaw, Table 2.1. Its typical longitudinal tensile strength is 1062 MPa. Along the fibres E₁ = 38.6 GPa; across them E₂ = 8.27 GPa.

- Plane-stress (lamina) data: E₃, ν₁₃, ν₂₃, G₁₃ and G₂₃ are not given, so a 3D stiffness matrix is not formed. For a transversely isotropic lamina E₃ = E₂, G₁₃ = G₁₂ and ν₁₃ = ν₁₂; G₂₃ or ν₂₃ must come from elsewhere.
