SALES TERMS · DELIVERY & REFUNDS
Delivery, cancellation & refunds
How Pro access is delivered, how it ends, and when we refund — in English and in Turkish.
Delivery
Pro is a digital service; nothing is shipped. It is switched on in your BadgerMecX account as soon as the payment is confirmed — normally within a few minutes — and the end date is shown in your account. If it is not on within 24 hours, write to info@badgermecx.com.
Cancellation
Pro is bought once for a month or a year and does not renew by itself, so there is nothing to cancel: it simply ends on its end date. You can stop using it at any time.
Refunds
Because the service starts as soon as you pay, the legal right of withdrawal does not apply (see the Distance sales agreement, section 5). We refund in full when:
- you were charged twice for the same order, or charged and Pro was never switched on;
- the calculators were unavailable to you for an extended period through a fault of ours;
Ask at info@badgermecx.com with the order number. An approved refund is made to the card you paid with, through iyzico, within 14 days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Teslimat, iptal ve iade (Türkçe)
Teslimat.
