ABOUT BADGERMECX
Engineering with data, precision and vision.
We combine hands-on field experience with numerical simulation — to bridge real-world engineering problems with the analysis that settles them.
01 / WHO WE ARE
A simulation-driven engineering partner — from concept to certification.
BadgerMecX delivers structural analysis (FEA), CFD and simulation services to automotive, energy, defense and heavy-industry teams. Deliverables are built to comply with Eurocode, ASCE and MIL-STD requirements. We don't arrive with a predetermined solution. Many engineering problems start undefined — so we work through them together, step by step, and improve the project at every stage.
02 / VISION & MISSION
03 / WHY BADGERMECX
Filter first. Then compute.
Before we run an analysis, we remove the inputs, assumptions and detail that don't change the engineering decision — and deliver clear, actionable outcomes faster.
04 / CORE VALUES
What we won't compromise on.
05 / THE MARK
One element. Every physics.
The triangle is the simplest finite element: any structure can be meshed into it, and every field we solve for lives on it. Below, our mark under each analysis type we run.
06 / WHERE WE'RE HEADED
Four strategic goals.
Investments we are making so the next project is faster, better validated and easier to certify than the last.

07 / FROM THE FOUNDER
Engineering decisions deserve answers you can defend.
I founded BadgerMecX so that every engineering decision we touch rests on an analysis someone can stand behind — assumptions stated, results verified, reasoning traceable. We start by filtering the problem down to what actually changes the decision, then model it with the rigour a certification body expects. The engineer who builds your model is the engineer who defends it. Next, we are building our own finite element solver and a validated benchmark library, so every project starts from proven ground. Our goal is simple: to be the partner teams call when the answer has to be right.

NEXT STEP
Bring us the problem, not the specification.
If the question is still fuzzy, that's where we start. NDA first, then a written scope.
