Yes. We work with engineers globally. Availability, time-zone overlap, and client export constraints are evaluated case by case.

We primarily hire senior, lead, and principal-level engineers. Junior roles are rare and opened only for very specific needs.

We provide technical onboarding to align with our workflows and quality standards. This is not a training role; candidates are expected to be productive from day one.

A short, practical technical case focused on engineering judgement, assumptions, and clarity of results—rather than tool memorization.

Industry experience is strongly preferred. Certification exposure (aerospace, automotive, power systems, etc.) is a significant advantage but not mandatory for all roles.

Delivering at least one client-ready analysis, demonstrating sound engineering judgement, and communicating results clearly and defensibly.
